New clients will be asked to provide a cc during their online booking, this is a 1 time request and is needed to reserve your appointment. Please note that you can pay cash or use a different cc after your appointment is complete. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations done with less than 12hr notice are subject to a fee of 30% of the total service or forfeit deposit (if required). No-shows are subject to a fee (30% of total service or forfeit deposit). To reduce waiting times, please try to arrive by the scheduled appointment time, I allow a 10 min late window as long as it doesn't interfere with other guest services, including yours.
